Event Policies

Conference Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to hotel commitments, catering guarantees, and material preparation, refunds for the Annual Conference follow this schedule:

  • More than 30 days before the event:
    Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

  • 14–30 days before the event:
    50% refund.

  • Less than 14 days before the event:
    No refunds will be issued.

Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

For CSAM workshops and intensive learning sessions:

  • More than 14 days before the workshop:
    Full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

  • 7–14 days before the workshop:
    50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the workshop:
    No refunds due to limited capacity and preparation costs.

Webinar Cancellation & Refund Policy

Most webinars incur minimal per-attendee cost; however, CE processing requires administrative time.

  • General Webinars (No CE):
    Refunds are not issued. Registrants who cannot attend may request access to the webinar recording if available.

  • CE-Eligible Webinars:
    Cancellations made before the live webinar may receive a refund minus a $10 CE processing fee.
    No refunds after the webinar begins.

Special Circumstances 

CSAM may consider exceptions for documented medical or family emergencies. Requests must be submitted in writing.
