About the Locator
This locator is a service for CSAM members and for individuals seeking an addiction medicine professional specializing in the treatment of substance use disorders. CSAM does not make clinical referrals, and inclusion in this list does not constitute an endorsement.
What Information Is Included
Listings display basic contact information, specialty details (as provided by the member), current positions, and whether the physician is board certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM) under the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS).
Membership & Updates
Only current CSAM members appear in the locator. Physicians, addiction medicine professionals, and medical students who wish to be listed must first join ASAM/CSAM [here].
